"These people are amazing. They come every week to cut the grass and stuff like that. They are very reliable. They come and cut on either Friday or Saturday depending on the weather and then they charge the credit card on Tuesday. This is the first year I used them. The last 8 years I tried every body but they were either very expensive or very unreliable or do very bad work. I'm using them right now and I'll use them."

It's like, "Oh, come on, that's washing right off!" Maybe if you're putting pellets down, I don't care, but if you are spraying it with the liquid, that's going to wash right off. If you know it's going to rain, don't treat my yard. There are young kids that do the service. Some of them are very professional. Some of them are so-so. You don't always have the same person doing the yard. It changes from time to time. You could build the relationship with the person doing your yard. That would be amazing. We still had some weeds. We have had better service with other companies in the past. One little weed I can handle. There was way more than one. They just show up. No rhyme or reason. They just put a flag in your yard. There is no punctuality when you don't know when they're coming. I told my husband, call them and tell them don't show up again until we agree on a price. We have 3 neighbors. They do all 3 at the same time. They tend to give us a better price to do them all at the same time."
