"Stefan was busy due to a bad storm north of me. We schedule a date, but he had a accident and contacted me. I was under control with my problem so we schedule a week later. He kept me inform with his progress and he came on the date promised. He checked out the roof and the pipe. He caulk the pipe and the seams to prevent leakage. He took photos for me to see what he did.  He always explain to me about the roof issues because I like to learn for any future problems that might arise.
