"Zach diagnosed the problem immediately: a burned out pilot assembly. He attempted to find a replacement part with the information he had at hand, but was unable to do so. He asked me to contact the manufacturer and order the correct part. The manufacturer gave me the part number but would not sell the part to me, a homeowner. So, it took a week for Zach to get the part, then he installed it immediately. Great service!"
