"I see all the wonderful reviews for this company and that's fantastic. They have been cleaning our offices for well over ten years. Over the ten year period, their services have slacked somewhat. My first issue was with them closing the doors within the office. Some of the doors lock and I asked them to stop doing this and put signs up on every door in the office but they still continued to close the door. As a result, we had to remove and replace a door knob for a lock that we couldn't find the key for. The last straw is when they broke a ceramic hand print one of my children made for me over 10 years ago. They denied it (the only one in my office is me and them .... I wasn't there the day it happened) but yet asked what they could do to fix it. It's irreplaceable so it cannot be fixed."
