"Went well. Traps were set on first visit and worked effectively. Five adult rats were caught and disposed of. External and internal entry points were sealed with metal plates or wire cloth on second visit and rat feces and urine was cleaned up and removed from area over garage. On third visit bait stations were installed outside and should be inspected periodically. The infestation was completely cleared up and odor removed."

Found Lady Bug Pest Control, gave them a call, along with another local company (they didn't call me back), but Lady Bug answered when I called. They were able to come out the next afternoon. The tech who came out told me allll about fruit flies, which was appreciated so I know how to avoid them in the future. He treated my kitchen in about 5 mins. The flies were completely gone in about two days. Him and the company were very professional, knowledgeable, and provided effective service. Highly recommend. Ps.
