"I did some research and got several quotes before I decided on Kathy's Cleaning. Their fee was very reasonable. They knew we would be gone for an unknown period of time. It turned out to be 9 months. Over that period of time, they contacted me a couple of times to alert us to some problems that needed attention from other service sources. They came once a month to keep the house from getting dusty and neglected. The biggest issue was some mold growing on the walls in a couple rooms. When we got home we noticed the problem was, atleast temporarily, under control. Rich had taken the extra time on his own to clean up the mold. We were so pleased. I highly recommend these people. I would hire them again without thinking twice. Such a relief to be able to count on "strangers" to not just do a great cleaning job, but to look out for the place, as well! I originally hired him for drywall and paint but he ended up doing so many other things because frankly they are fast and fair. He did baseboards, trim, power washing demo, blown in insulation, sub floors, framing, etc. too numerous to get it all here. Bladimir and his crew show up when scheduled. Clean up when done. He is easy to work with and wants to make sure that the customer is happy with the results. Pricing was very fair. I would definitely hire his company again."
