His original bid came in 2/3rds of the other bids and he made me feel very comfortable, no big sales pitch, just options, recommendations and an accurate timeline. He cleared the back yard, took out trees, tree roots, coved my pool, did fake grass, landscaping, stone, lighting , electrical. He even arranged a pool contractor to replaster my pool. Rebuilt a wall that fell when the ivy was removed. Amazing job! So good. I got him to do my front driveway, all in all over 2000 sq feet of concrete. It was a big job but my house looks great now. The increased value added to the house is way higher than money spent. I highly recommend Joseph Torres. He’s an easy guy to work with."

"Jaime was great! He suggested that we add cement to both sides of our walkway to accommodate a shed, which was a great idea ! Even adding more cement, his quote was less than other quotes I had received. They had to dig a trench for the sprinkler pipe to go under the cement, replace and repair a fence post, and remove a ton of rocks. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and very clean. I would highly recommend him to anyone. <br />"

"<p>Steve met with me to get eyes on the yard and determine the scope of work.  I was in the middle of tearing out the old sprinkler system so we agreed on a date to begin work a few weeks in the future.  Steve showed up the weekend prior to the start date to do a little prep work in marking the site and softening the ground where the anchor would be installed.  On the agreed date Steve showed up with his Bobcat to start pulling out tree stumps and leveling the yard.  After the first day I requested a couple adjustments and he had the earthwork done the next day exactly as I had envisioned.  The next day he framed the area and poured the concrete.  Since he had to remove a metal gate to get access to the yard for the Bobcat, he returned a couple of days later to reinstall the gate and check that the concrete was curing properly.</p> <p>Throughout the job Steve was very prompt, friendly and thorough in communicating.  His prices were below the other quotes that I got and there were no surprises, the price agreed was exactly what I paid in the end.  I would highly recommend doing business with him.</p> <br />"

"They estimated 2 days but had it done in one. Three man crew, covered everything in plastic and cleaned up at the end. I found a few oversprays of the texture material but it comes off easy enough. I will definitely use them again for drywall work. hopefully, never have to do another ceiling. <br />"
