"Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."

I took her word and desperately needed PVC repairs that were hindering my ability to run our entire system. Within a couple minutes I was in touch with an employee who told me he could come out first thing in the morning to diagnose and fix my issues. I was met by 2 well-mannered and professional employees first thing at 8am the next morning. They fixed broken PVC pipe, replaced full sprinklers, identified lost sprinklers I had which were swarmed by bushes, trimmed the shrubs to expose the sprinkler to use its full potential, cleared debris from existing sprinklers which were restricting water and repositioned all working sprinklers to get the best effect. I could literally say they couldn't have possibly done anymore. They even located and fixed a sprinkler which had been covered for nearly 4 years by artificial turf. I'm not one to write reviews, nor did they ask me to write one."
