"Cody, the owner of GL Plumbing & Mechanical, first came to my house in response to a water heater emergency, which he handled quickly, expertly and professionally. I was immensely impressed not only with the quality of his work but also with his work ethic, honesty,  politeness and kindness. For all of these reasons, when he came to reinstall the water heater on the platform (he had had to temporarily install it on the garage floor while we waited for the platform/drywall/cabinet to dry out and be repaired), I made an appointment for him to come and take care of a number of other more minor issues which had recently arisen.
