"It went great. Wonderful communication on date and time they could accommodate us. The job was done top notch, the sidewalk and steps are great and it’s a pleasure to drive into the garage without having an issue with the sunken apron. I did have one question which was the holes they drilled to raise the areas are quite dark and I was it sure if they would “cure” to a lighter color or not. Greg was quick to respond to my question with a “usually they do”. They also caulked the gaps."

"Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior."

"Klingbeil Construction was highly recommended to us by a family member who completed a project with them a couple of years ago. Paul was very responsive to our inquiries before, during and after the project. He was very knowledgeable about the products/materials we were considering for the project and had suggestions for the design as well. The onsite project person, Michael, was also very cordial, knowledgeable and responsive. He took the initiative to correct issues that were not immediately apparent when the project started. Our project was to remove and replace front porch decking and rail and to replace a rotting corner post. The corner post was part of the support for the house roof. Once the project started, it was completed very efficiently, and communication was very good when changes to the schedule did come up. We are very, very happy with the completed project and have received complements from various people just walking by! We would definitely use Klingbeil Construction again and will be providing his information to friends and family as well."

"<p>Project took 4 days.  Days: 1) Diamond grit, prep repair  2) Primer  3) Body coat-epoxy  4) Polyurea coating.  Epoxy is 36 ml thick and is 100% epoxy with no added fillers.  Crevices in floor were repaired and troweled with epoxy.  They coated up the wall at no extra charge and brought their own generator and HVAC.  The workmen were extremely polite and kept me informed at all times. They are an absolutely outstanding company and a complete pleasure to work with.  They have done work for Saints Stadium, Boston Scientific, Mall of America and U of M.  BBB gives them an A+ rating with no complaints. </p>"

"<p>These guys walk on water. First they show up on time!!! Second they are some of the nicest people we have ever met. The quality of work is beyond anything we could have hoped for.</p> <p>When the insurance company tried to pull a fast one with the settlement, Mike stepped up and went to bat for us and he fixed the problem with our insurance. It did not matter to him, he was going to get paid either way, but this is the kind of stand up guy Mike is.</p> <p>We where going to have the roof put on last fall, but Mike was concerned about the weather getting cold and encouraged us to wait until spring. He went up and repaired the problem areas and sealed the leaks so we could make it through the winter. Never charged us a dime.</p> <p>When it came time to do the roof, the material showed up on time, all the colors were correct. The crew showed up when they said they would be here and work hard all day. The clean up was incredible. I think the yard and landscaping was cleaner after they were here then before the work.</p> <p>We can not say enough great thinks about Mike and Over Under Construction. "My wife and I are extremely pleased with the end result of this project. It looks so good. The epoxy coating on the parameter foundation blocks and the concrete step to the house ads a perfect touch to the new clean look. I can now sweep the floor without dealing with concrete chips, dust, rough surface and cracks. We are also extremely pleased with the entire process of the project, including inspection and estimate, work scheduling, work completion and final inspection and satisfaction follow up. Terry, Ron, the lead workman and partner were all great to work with. I told the workmen the reason I chose Great Garage Floors was that they had done a neighbors garage floor 5 years ago and I really liked the job that was done and how well it was holding up. The lead workman told me he had done that job too. I could sense his pride that he takes in doing excellent work. "Highly recommend Madsen Concrete. Tom did our driveway 4 years ago. Since then, it has stayed in great shape. We just reached the date for our 4-5 year resurfacing. We are usually DIYers but with such a visible part of our home we wanted professional service and product. "Work was very high-quality and done quickly and as cleanly as concrete removal/replacement can be. We have had water issues in our basement over the years and decided to finally do a long-term solution. We went with Standard Water Control largely because we had gotten a quote from them a few years earlier and were impressed with the sales guy's professionalism. Standard Water Control ripped up the old cement along the edges of the house and installed drain tile, then came back the next day and sealed it back up. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to do the work. The people we interacted with were all very helpful and professional. The new sump pump is electronically monitored so we can see its status at a glance. It went so well that we decided to have the radon mitigation pump installed by them as well, which they came back to do a few weeks later. The price includes all of this."
