"This is the second concrete project completed by LG Dirtbusters at our home. Loren and his crew did an excellent job on our first project about a year ago (large patio, walkway and driveway), and we got the same high quality on this second project at front of house. Other contractors may charge less, but don’t do as good a job - we have had no cracks anywhere, and have excellent drainage away from the house, and a beautiful concrete finish. They have the right equipment to do a very professional job. Several people were so impressed and they stopped at our house and asked us who did our project. Loren and his crew are honest, prompt and very reliable, and worked very hard to get it done right. Highly recommend for any concrete project."

"CPR did a great job of designing a fire pit in the area where my damaged spa needed to be removed. They also did a great job refinishing my pool with a pebble product. The complaints that I have with this company are all related to their travertine and paver work. As part of our contract, we agreed to have them clean and re-sand our existing paver pool deck. We also agreed to have them re-sand with a polymeric sand. When they were done, I noticed several bad cuts and high and low spots where the pavers were butted to the coping. My biggest concern was that there was polymeric sand EVERYWHERE! The sand was not properly swept into the joints before it was wetted in, so now I have sand joints like the ones in the attached pics. There is also alot of sand hardened on the smooth surface of the pavers, so now its like walking on sandpaper. There is also alot of grey sand in the natural pores of my expensive silver travertine. Another issue is I now have the splotchy appearance that you see in the pics below as well. I called Scott at CPR who came out and made an attempt to corredct the problem. I could tell no difference and he told me thats the best they could do and he thought it looked fine. Knowing I was on my own to solve the problem, I contacted the manufacturer of the sand and they sent a field rep out to look at my issues. They basically agreed that the problem was caused by sand being left on the smooth surfaces of many of the pavers. Also, the manufacturer recommends brushing off residual sand and using a compactor to insure the sand is in the joints and 1/8 inch below the smooth surface of the pavers. As you can see in my pics, this obviously was not done on my project. In summary, I would use these guys again to refinish a pool...but would not let them do any pool deck work involving pavers or rounded cuts."
