"We have (4) dogs in our back yard, during the summer it is hard keeping them cool and with constant supply of fresh water.  I called MD Masonry to come out and offer suggestions on how to keep our furry family members happy.  They supplied a few estimates detailing the options that we could chose from.  We went with a water fall feeding a small lazy river opening up into a koi pond.  The contractor scheduled a time to start and explained all the steps involved with constructing our puppy oasis.  The project took about (4) days. I got some tropical plants and flowers to plant around the water feature and they didn't hesitate helping me place them in places that would look great and provide extra shade. When the project was done they removed all the extra stone and materials, so cleaning afterwards was not an issue. Our yard took on a transformation from a hot desert to a cool tropical haven, our dogs could not be happier and it eases my mind to know they have a way to cool off and a constant supply of water. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out."

"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. "I was planning on laying a concrete pad myself as a back patio and tearing down a 20 year old rotting deck. After lowes was unable to deliver the supplies I needed in time for me to get the job done before I went back to work I contacted Palmetto Ultimate Construction. Their price was reasonable, and they had the concrete poured 3 days after contacting them. The workers were friendly and even entertained my kids who were watching them out the back window by tying on of their action figures to the brook they used to add texture the the concrete. Their customer service was great and kept me updated from start to finish. Very impressed with this company. Iâ m if I need work done in the future I will be reaching out to them. "We chose CrawlSpace Medic based on professionalism, reliability, reasonable cost estimate, and previous reviews on Angie’s List. Each day the crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and cleaned up at end of each day; were respectful of property, and very professional, and pleasant to work with. They kept us informed of progress, and what was being done each day. During removal of old piping, they found additional damage behind the pipes that was not visible/identified during initial inspection- were very reasonable with determining the additional cost. They replaced damaged sills, old rotted floor joists, installed permanent support girders with masonry piers, installed a 10ml plastic vapor barrier, and installed multiple foundation vents. We are very satisfied with the results. Our floors are no longer bouncy, and floors feel very sturdy- was a dramatic difference after work completed. The 10 ml plastic Vapor barrier also has prevented that old damp smell inside the house after heavy rains. Was a good experience, and reasonable cost-(initial estimate $10,400, additional work required and we added foundation vent installation was $3800); would hire again."
