"We woke up 6:15 Sunday morning by the doorbell; Our neighbor alerting us to flooding coming out under our garage door. I called several companies and Gordon was the first to call back before 8:00 am. He would have come out on Sunday but we decided we could hang on till Monday. He showed up a little before 8:00 am to drain the water heater and was back about an hour later to install the new one. It all went well and the installation looks great; very professional."

"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

"We used John Padilla Plumbing for a few separate repair and service calls since buying our new home. They repaired a pinhole leak in a section of our copper piping, serviced our tankless water heater, and replaced a leaking tub overflow. "Work was done the same day after setting on an agreed price. It took one person a bit of time to install three toilets, but I’m sure it’s not easy work. He did forget to completely hook up one toilet in the lower bathroom. When we noticed there was no water in the toilet, we opened the valve and had immediate flooding in the bathroom because he did not hook up the other end of the supply line to the toilet. Isn’t that plumbing 101? Also, his caulking skills left quite a mess. It had to be redone. One of the plastic bolt covers was missing on one toilet as well."
