"Mike did a great job. Couch looks like new and the 4 chairs he did are significantly better than before and had some really bad stains"

"We were satisfied with the cleaning of the air ducts.  However, the gentlemen said that we needed a permanent filter for our furnace.  We wrote a check for $194 for this filter, and it was never delivered.  We contacted the company several times, but with no results.  We had hoped either to receive the filter or to get our money back.  This filter was for my mother who is on a fixed budget -- $194 for nothing was quite disappointing.
