About Me My name is Don Jeffrey, some of my friends refer to me as Carpenter Don. I own and operate Don Jeffrey Construction here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Carpentry, Tile and Plumbing repair have been my areas of expertise for many years now. I am a native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa as I graduated from Washington High School in 1981. We offer all services for property management, maintenance, repair and remodeling of homes and mobile homes.. Mullen's is a family owned business. We have been serving Linn County and the surrounding area for over 15 years. We offer free estimates on any home maintenance, repair and remodeling. Once the estimate is approved, we will then sign a contract and ask for half the estimate down, and remaining balance when work is completed, and the home owner approves the work completed. Service repair calls are $50.00 for the trip out to the home. Mullen's do not sub-contract any work out. So call today and lets set up your free estimate.
