"Mr. Torres was great with all the work we had done. We went to his office where we picked out the color stones for our brick steps and paver walkways. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical. "We are unbelievably grateful to have found Anthony (through a recommendation on Brownstoner). When we called him, we were at our wit's end because our house leaked a ton of water during certain rainstorms where the wind blew from the northeast. We had a parade of general contractors and roofers come through, none of whom offered a concrete solution. Most of them just suggested that we put on a new roof, but no one knew whether the leak was coming from the brick wall, the window, the door, the roof, or where the roof met the wall. No one would promise to stop the leak. Anthony guaranteed that he would stop the leak and, to the end, ran a number of water tests with a hose while he was on the job to make sure he found and fixed all of the leaks. (We had another contractor try to charge us $1000 JUST for the water test itself). He is truly a great find—a contractor who knows his business and really takes the time to make sure the job is done right and done well. We really appreciated this, particularly since we found a lot of contractors just wanted to finish the job and get on to the next one. And we found his prices to be reasonable. Sorry for the long and rambling review, but we were just so pleased. We are new homeowners and have had a lot of problems since moving in 6 months ago. We've had about a dozen contractors in our home, and we can say without a doubt that Anthony is the only one we've trusted 100%."

"Tim is without a doubt the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. The first thing I noticed is how incredibly reliable he is. When he gives you a time, he shows up at that time. On the rare occasion that he’s running late, he lets you know. The estimate he provided was thorough and fair. He also gave us suggestions and advice on how to improve our project but with no pressure to take his recommendations. We always went with his suggestions because we could see how much care and thought he put into everything. I’ve had work done by other people in the past and it feels like every ten minutes there’s a new problem but with Tim, he just takes care of everything and I never had stress or worry. He figures out smart solutions every time. At one point, he even apologized to me because he wanted to redo a part of the project that had already been done because it wasn’t up to his standards. There was no extra charge and I was so impressed by the care and attention to detail he showed. The finished project is absolutely beautiful and beyond our expectations.
