"Couldn't have gone better. We were so nervous with this being our first long distance move and reading all the mover horror stories. Not only was the price right but literally everything went smoothly. The people who arrived to move us out in NYC were so diligent with our stuff and wrapped everything so carefully that literally not a single dish or item was damaged. Even all of our white furniture that I was sure would get dinged didn't have a single scratch. They ended up being even on the slightly early side of the arrival to bring our stuff to denver even with an impending blizzard. The guys who dropped our stuff off/driver were just as great as the guys who packed it all up. The driver Youssef literally answered every one of my texts/calls as he was on the journey when i asked for an ETA. He was so nice and gracious-set up furniture in our new place with out asking. Helped us position the trash away from our new home. These guys are 10/10. Not a single item broken or damaged, that alone is a win but the customer service on every end of the business was outstanding."

"Top notch white glove service all around. We hired Pro Express Moving with little notice as our new home in Florida become available a month early. Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. We left them and got a call from Pro when they were finished packing. We came back to do a walkthrough and everything was done better than expected. They scheduled the delivery to Florida per our timeline and arrived aas scheduled. They unpacked everything and it all arrived without a scratch. The managers and workers are super nice. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. This is our 6th move in 20 years and I wish I had used Pro Express with all of them. "

"This is a follow up to my original review, after posting my review we were contacted by the moving company to appologize for any misunderstandings we had. They were more than accommodating to fix the differences we had. They refunded the money that was in dispute, they were actually more than fair in this process. I have already recieved the refund check. Once again the services they supplied was excellent and if it wasnt for the differences in the final bill we would be happy to say they did an excellent job moving my daughter. Also a big shout out to Home Advisor for how they stood by both the vendor and us in this issue. After moving my daughter once before my wife was very specific about what, where and how this move was to be. The total move was 20 blocks in Manhattan. It was a bedroom a sofa and a 40-inch flat screen TV. When my wife worked out all the arrangements, she received a *binding* bill. We are not moving experts but the movers are, so if they estimate a 4-hour move for twenty blocks we thought they would know. While moving my daughter out they left their truck unattended and got a parking ticket. They brought 2 wardrobe boxes and some tape. We had packed all of her kitchenware as well as much of her clothes. We drove to the new location which is where all the fun started. After bringing up some of the boxes and pieces they presented my wife with a revised bill that was almost double the price quoted in our binding estimate, at this point we were still in the 4-hour range but it seems tape is very expensive. After arguing for over an hour we gave in to a price that was hundreds of dollars over our binding price. If you dont agree then you dont get your furniture. This was an extremely unprofessional interaction. On top of which we never signed to be responsible for their parking ticket which they wanted on top of the new overcharged bill. We looked up NY state law which clearly states the moving company is solely responsible for their tickets, not us. This only made me question everything else they said. Against my wishes my wife still tipped the workers for their efforts, they were courteous and as helpful as their company allowed them to be. I will say if we didnt have all this nonsense about the revised billing their tip would have been much better."

"Nothing was broken during the packing or the moving, but the company only sent two guys to do a large job. I had to continually point out things theyd left out of boxes when theyd finish; one room move on to another room things theyd just leave in a room while loading the truck. When I inquired about the time frame how things were needing to speed up, they mentioned several times that theyd just continue the job the next day, but we didnt have another day... we had to be out because we closed on the house the next morning! I had to call the main company twice and request extra help both days. It was such a long and excruciating two days. But everything arrived safely and in one piece."
