"Hired to redo my husband's bath as he broke his hip and needed a bench and grab bars, also to update main bath. Gave him requested deposit for both jobs. Never finished husband's bath and bailed on the other. No refund issued, owes me $1600! His contract Is a joke, has incorrect address. If a contractor is available when you ask beware. All the good ones are booked."

I have a small backhoe which I do minor excavating with and I also have other implements such as a brush hog, York rake, rototiller, and a 14 foot dump trailer. I do this service as a hobby/second job. I have been doing this kind of work for close to 30 years. If my machine and I can do the job I can normally beat any price.
