Gave multiple suggestions on custom gates to match my neighbor's fence. Received many other quotes.Although they were not the cheapest, their quality could easily be seen in the pictures of their work. <br /> After deciding to go with the company I was told to mail in 1/3 of total cost and I would have the new fence in 3 weeks. Three weeks came and no word at all so I called the company. I was told by the planner that was to come out and mark the area for the fence that it would be at least another week or two before they would be out. The time past again with no word so I placed a call to the company. Was told another week and all would be set to begin. Once again no word so when I called and told the planner that my experience has been ridiculous he was very apologetic. He provided no real reason for the delay just that I should have been contacted earlier to begin. He came out to my house that afternoon to place markings for the crew and 1.5 weeks later the work began. Make sure you keep checking up the start of your project. <br />"

I was a little hesitant when he said that for completing such a variety of things, it would be cheaper and easier if he just charged by the hour, but he did quality work, worked efficiently and charged honestly. While he was there, it started raining and we discovered a new leak in the roof. Chris made a phone call and within an hour a guy was there fixing my roof at a reasonable cost! Amazing! Chris was very pleasant, on time, did good work, was willing to do whatever was needed and had lots of suggestions to improve the house and yard. He is very talented and can do many things, but he knows when to call in an expert that responds! He even cleaned up after he finished."
