They had to remove an old sidewalk, dig out and remove 4 large tree roots, then prepare for the new cement, extending the sidewalk all the way to the street. They also sloped the new sidwalk to repair a drainage problem. The work was done beautifully. They even cleared the culvert pipe that runs under the new sidwalk extension. The work was completed in one day and for the quoted price. John and his workers were all polite and professional"

"I couldn’t be happier with the patio and sidewalk that the Maven Group installed at my home. It has a stamped concrete finish. They were very professional and helpful in guiding me through the decisions with the project. The patio and sidewalk look great and they left things in great shape when they left - pressure washed and repaired any tracks from the equipment (seeded and strawed). As an added bonus- my point-of-contact initially as well as the crew performing the work were all very nice and helpful. For reference: I should say that they actually removed and replaced a patio and sidewalk that another company did an unbelievably poor job on (and on that note: I would NOT recommend Austin Stamp Crete, Color Scapes, Inc., or Grant Parker DBA as either). So having such a bad experience with the first installation by another company, I was overly cautious with this one and had LOTS of questions. Everyone at Maven was very patient with all my questions. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
