When he was approached to address these concerns, he exhibited a contentious attitude and provided subpar customer service. He expressed a willingness to remedy the situation only if an additional fee for his labor was applied. He attributed his haste to insufficient time allocated for the specific job, yet he retained the full price for his inadequate workmanship. I would not recommend his services for any future projects."

We are new, however we have 25+ years in carpentry, 30+ yrs in customer service with education in computer science, architectural, home repairs, window installations and custom building of various projects.
