They patronized us about the quality of our windows and never took a hint that we wanted them out of the house until we basically had to kick them out. Their sales pitch lasted for what seemed like 622 hours, and all they did was brag about the company and how they were better than everyone else. It was like being on a bad date with an insecure finance bro with a 2 inch wiener. Anyway, don't use them. "

Northpoint offers Free Roof Inspections to determine if your roof is in need of just a few repairs or a full roof replacement. Our consultants are fully trained on what to look for and will leave with you a full color print out of the condition of your roof. We can even help you work with you insurance company. Our primary business philosophy is to “do what you say you’re going to do, when you say you’re going to do it!”. Cardinal Roofing’s full roof replacements meet or exceed all local building codes and manufacturer’s installation requirements. We include critical items not paid for by insurance such as, ice and water shield at no additional cost to the homeowner. Additionally, we go above and beyond what is required by the shingle manufacturer and local code, by using one nail more per shingle than is required, up to six (6). This reinforces the shingle and increases the wind rating thereby extending the life of the roof. ICE and Water Shield is a membrane like material with an adhesive backing that is installed in the valleys and around roof penetrations (vent, skylights, chimneys) as additional protection in areas most prone to leaks.
