"I requested an uninstall and re-installation of 2 chandeliers from one residence to another. I received a prompt call from Paul in reference to my request and a timely appointment. He un-installed the 2 chandeliers and followed me to my residence with no hesitation asses the reinstall location. He assessed where I would like the chandeliers to be installed and provided his professional opinion as to the location based on the style, weight and stability. I wanted a certain chandelier hung in the dining area and I was advised it might not be stable, however Paul to the extra time to determine the ceilings integrity and was able to place them both where they would look best. As I observed the installation he was extremely detailed in his work. He was able to install one of the chandeliers in an extremely difficult space which took much effort on his part and it paid off. The chandeliers look breathtaking and itâ s all thanks to Paul . It was a job well done and I am extremely satisfied with the service.. "I started my Angi project to do 6 fan replacements + 1 new fan install where a lighting fixture is hanging. The person who came in to do the consult and look around quoted me very high price. When I shared that their cost is higher than the standard Lowe's fan installation cost he was appreciative of me sharing the information and said that he will consult with his manager to get us a better price. In the end, the price quote I got was slightly higher than Lowe's. If you are looking for handyman type of work or anything small, Angi is not a platform to find the person. That is what I have learned from my first 2 projects at Angi. I took 2 stars away because Angi platform did not create a good match and secondly the price quote is the highest among all the pros Angi matched me with hence I did not go with these guys."

"Even though I did not hire them due to their higher cost, the person who came to do the consultation was well dressed, came in a company van and was very knowledgeable. If cost is not a consideration and you are looking for someone who provides white glove service, who will come and do the job in a very clean and professional way than give these guys a shot. We could not fit them into our small project budget of installing couple of ceiling fans hence we went with someone more reasonable. I gave 4 stars and that is because the Angi system did not match them up properly for my project. So that 1 star is taken away not because of the service provider but due to Angi platform not creating proper match for the project. FYI, I needed to replace 6 fans + install 1 new fan. Their cost of replacement or install was more than the cost of each fan hence it was not a good fit for my project."
