"Erik and Molly came out to take a look. They could not have been more professional. Erik handed over a copy of their license, liability insurance and workman's comp insurance and told me he was an arborist. He quoted an excellent price (I had gotten 4 others) and told me that his crew would hand-carry all the trees to my driveway, so as not to tear up the yard with heavy equipment. On the day of, they showed up 15 minutes early for the 8 AM start time, with 12 men and 3 chipper trucks, to avoid any waits while the trucks dumped their debris. The men went to work immediately, scaling trees, cutting down limbs, felling trees (which were expertly aimed) and literally *running* the pieces into the chipper, for hours at a time. They took a couple of well-deserved breaks, including lunch, and had everything done by 5:00. By then, every piece of debris had been raked up and removed from the yard, and my driveway and stone patio had been swept clean. Erik had said that I won't pay a cent until I'm fully satisfied that everything was done as promised. There wasn't a thing that needed correction. I'd use them again in a heartbeat."

Penny was like a "triage doctor" prioritizing the most serious situations and Frank got to work climbing trees making stressed out homeowners feel confident that they would soon be safe. <br /> <br /> To say they were a blessing is more than a comment. To me they arrived on angels wings. Frank and Penny showed compassion and concern for our problems, while reassuring us they could handle it all  And handle it they did. Along with Billy, Joey and Tyler they worked their way through our neighborhood with professionalism and smiles. Because of their caring attitudes, they have been "adopted" by us.   It's day 13 and they have a place to stay in here and people bringing them food! I think that should speak for itself as a recommendation. <br /> <br /> Lastly, you are probably wondering "so what did this amazing service" cost? We have all agreed that their rates were better than expected and highly competitive.  Happily for us they will be staying on for another week. Our HOA has hired them to remove trees that were compromised by the hurricane. <br /> <br /> Personally, I will miss them when they are gone. I can't thank them enough for all they have done."

"John came to our property within 2 hours of my phone call inquiring about his availability. We needed about 6 trees removed, some with stumps ground and others just cut to ground level, as well as a lot of heavy pruning of overgrown trees that were crowding our house, fences, and/or driveway. It was a big job. He and his team of 6 or so arrived right on time as scheduled and worked steadily for 2 days to complete the job. Our yard was left tidy, all branches, limbs, and trunks picked up and removed. He and his team did excellent job for a very reasonable price for the extent of the work required."
