It only needed regular maintenance . He said that he would order the necessary parts and made an appointment to come and install them the following week. Unfortunately there was a delay in the delivery so he had to reschedule and then there was inclement weather so the appointment had to be rescheduled again. This was not an issue since this wasn't an emergency, but he made sure to text me and let me know the status of getting the job done, unlike other contractors who just don't show up and don't keep you informed as to the problem. I definitely will use Isaiah in future for any electrical issues that come up, He was very pleasant and easy to work with, and his customer service was great."
