"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

Lorenzo was the very professional technician who contacted me prior to the appointment and he was extremely friendly and informed me along the way as he moved from room to room and underneath the crawlspace. He was also very helpful in repairing my ductwork that had become unattached over the last year. It all seemed very effortless for him and he made sure to clean up thoroughly. It took just over 3 hours at a reasonable fee for my small 1000 ft one level house. I will recommend them to friends and I will definitely hire them again. "We had a mixed experience with Clean Rite. First, they were the ONLY company to call us back after our initial inquiry. It was very impressive that the owner came to do the walkthrough for scope of work and pricing, then also stopped in once the crew arrived. I was glad to hire a local company. There was a scheduling issue (I think someone forgot to put us on the calendar) that ended up being quite an inconvenience. Although I specifically alerted the supervisor to the need to remove plaster that was on windows, that did not happen. Some windows seemed to just be wiped with a rag and left dirtier than before. Plaster is a typical part of post construction needs, and a few walls had plaster smeared on them as though it was just wiped and spread rather than removed. There was a large crew and my suspicion is that they rushed and did not pay attention to detail. We were told they would wipe out cabinets and install shelves, that did not happen. I had to clean the hardwood floors again after they left. They stayed much less time than the owner had estimated the job would take. It was a huge help to have this service done, but I expected much greater attention to detail."

During the walk-through for an estimate Dee noticed all the details independently and took note of them - things like dust on the ceiling fan blades.
