"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"I literally can't say enough good things about this company. I spoke with Kenny about the problems we've been noticing inside our home. Him and Travis were at my house within 30 minutes to access the problems. Both Kenny and Travis were extremely courteous, thorough with their explanation of the damage they found (which was a LOT) as well as their explanation of how their company will help save my roof for 5 years. The free inspection was also VERY thorough. 25 pictures were taken of my roof and attic, which showed me all of the damage we had. Their true concern for us was an added bonus! Our roof is 20 years old and was in desperate need of replacement but I couldn't afford it. By hiring this company, it extended the life of my roof by 5 years and it saved me thousands of dollars. There are 2 options to choose from. I chose the full package deal, which consists of replacing all missing shingles, sealing all holes, repairing other damages, sealing the roof which brings it back to new like condition, etc. Because of their concerns for us, they truly went above and beyond to get the job done quickly because of the upcoming rain forecast. I HIGHLY recommend this company. If you cant afford a new roof but are in need of one because of age and/or damages, this is the way to go. I'm one very pleased customer and cant thank them enough!"

"Randall and Aimee were great to work with, and their crew did an outstanding job on two fronts.  I first had them replace and repair a roof for a small rental house that we own in Mobile.  The tenant had complained of leaking during the heavy rains we had in May, 2014.  They were prompt to respond to my request for a quote, and originally gave a time estimate of 10 days to two weeks to start, since the recent weather (and positive Angie's List recommendations) had given them plenty of recent business.  A few days later, I got a call from Aimee, "pick a color - we're going to do your job tomorrow, and we're picking up materials today!" Since mine was a "small" job - the house is <800 sq. feet - they picked it up "between jobs".  Their crew uncovered some major rot in the old roof, but repaired it better than new and finished the job early in the same afternoon!
We were so impressed with the work, we had them give me a quote on our residence in Foley.  The roof was overdue for replacement, and there was some rot in some of the fascia and eaves.  They bid the roof and fascia repair for a very reasonable amount, and work began promptly within about 10 days - still under their "two week" estimate.  They had stated that the job would take "about two and a half days", but by the end of the first day when I looked at the house with all of the fascia pulled off and the roof stripped, I though "no way are they going to get done on time!"  I was wrong - they were done exactly as soon as Randall said they would be.  The repairs were swift, complete, and fully up-to-code requirements for Baldwin County.  Best of all, it looks FANTASTIC!  Their crew was thorough, professional, courteous, and took care to inconvenience us as little as possible.

After Hurricane Sally destroyed my 6 year old roof I started the seemingly unattainable task of finding a trusted company to install a new roof. The main criteria I was looking for was simple: honesty, timeliness, consideration for my property, quality of materials, quality of workmanship, and all at a fair price. My first contact with Tadlock was with Bill Harris. He's professional, hard-working, obviously dedicated to his profession and especially to his clients. I always got an honest answer - even if it wasn't the answer I necessarily wanted to hear. The crew that came out was fast and efficient at getting the site prepped around my house with tarps to minimize debris (nails!). They were hardworking, professional, and always kept me informed of progress. Getting a new roof during a pandemic is probably the most aggravating environment to try to run a business with kids being home-schooled but I couldn't have asked for a better crew to get the job done quickly and done right.
