"From the initial contact to the job completion, Allstar Electric gets an A+!!! Kate called to talk about my needs for repair. She was able to accommodate my tight scheduling needs and was able to get a tech out there the very next day, (A Saturday, no less) Brittney called with about a 45 minute eta for the tech. Shawn, the tech, then called me with about a 20 minute eta. Kate explained to me, on the initial call, that there wasn't a trip fee, which I appreciate. Once Shawn diagnosed the problem, he was able to fix the problem for under $300! (The first quote I received was upwards of $1,200 and there was talk of needing to rewire and cut into the drywall) He was in and out within 2 hours of arriving at my home! I will hire Allstar for as long as I'm a homeowner in their service area! Thank you all so much for your excellent communication and outstanding customer service skills."

"Hired Mr Sparky Electrical Service in reference to various electrical problems in my vacation condo in Hallandale Beach, Florida which I have owned for close to thirty five years. There were issues regarding lighting fixtures that were damaged from water penetration from a unit above me. There were three sockets that needed to have GFI receptacles installed along with an issue regarding my hard wired smoke alarm. The electrician, Wayne Womack also explained that my electric water heater should be hard wired. He did all the required work in less than two full days. He explained everything that needed to be done to my wife and I. I was totally satisfied with everything he did along with the new installation of a circuit breaker box along with a surge protector. I plan to hire Mr Sparky when I return to have my entire kitchen renovated in a few months"

"Initial meeting, pricing, and installation all went great. Worked with Tad to select and place landscape and lanai lighting based on what my wife and I wanted. Tad had suggestions which also were spot on. I would have rated them much higher if not for a recent support issue. Long story short, we left our lanai remote outside (under cover but we were stupid) and it got wet. We noticed that out lighting no longer changed color or adjusted. Called Tad, he said no problem, happens more than you think and he promptly brought a new remote. This didnt fix the problem. Apparently our transformer wouldn't connect to the new remote and had to be fixed. Two weeks later the issue gets resolved and we get a HEFTY service bill. Questioned Tad about the price and he basically said, it was our fault as we let the remote get wet. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How does replacing a remote control require a new transformer?? There must have been an issue as the system was only installed two months ago. I also questioned if the components were warrantied and he again referenced the remote getting wet. Sorry, but that is TERRIBLE customer service (in my opinion, a bad business model too). I can't in good conscience recommend a company that doesn't stand behind its components / work."

"We are very pleased with the design, installation and functionality of the subtly elegant lighting system provided by Brilliant Lights. Richard work with us through several plan iterations and even brought and temporarily installed some sample lights for our evaluation, extraordinary service. The system we finally decided upon was put in place several months ago. I deliberately waited to give it a bit of time before reviewing. "This is the third time that we have used Juan for electrical projects and he has always done a great job at a reasonable price.   Our living room had no overhead lighting and we were tired of having the lamp cords run across the floor.   Our house is a 2 story and there are high vaulted ceilings with skylights over the living room.   The house was constructed in 1980 and definately has some quirks.   Juan was very patient and persistent even when running into some structural issues (studs in the way) when other electricians would have given up.   He took his time and got the job completed.   We love our new lights and would definately reccommend Juan to anyone who needs electrical work. <br />"

They had a nice vehicle with the name of the company on it. He was wearing a white shirt with the company insignia on it. Of course, he took it off when he started crawling through my bushes with the lights. which I fully understand. They gave a professional impression. He was a kindly, experienced electrician which I appreciated. The job got done quickly and efficiently. It was expensive, but I had a lot of stuff that needed to be done, and the transformer was expensive. The people on the phone and the gentleman that came out were very impressive.  <br /> <br /> The quality was excellent. I would definitely use them again for any low voltage jobs."
