Ermin Artukovic examined our deck, made some suggestions, then gave us a detailed estimate. He was pleasant and sincere, wanting to make sure we understood his plan for a new deck and how much it would cost. He and his crew showed up on time and were quietly competent and professional. They dismantled the old deck and built the new one in a single day. They cleaned up the debris and hauled it away. They even volunteered to trim some low-hanging branches from a tree in our yard. Replacing an old deck can be stressful. Ermin and his crew took the stress out of it. We are delighted with our new deck and with Beam Construction. We can heartily recommend them."

"I must compliment Bill for having done a such a great job this year clearing away the snow from our driveway, back and front porch stairs and front sidewalk. When he says it will be done, he means it. On one of the heavier snows, it was later that evening and he was at my house plowing and shoveling and wasn't going to quit until everyone had been taken care of. "Todd was very efficient in dismantling the hood, cutting a hole through the wall to the outside, laying the piping, sealing, and testing the new setup. What impressed me was the fact that he didn’t try to sell me a new hood. He also was very conscious of any messes he may make, laying down drop clothes, etc. and disposing of his garbage in appropriate receptacles. I was very happy with the time it took him to do the job. Super quick, yet high quality work. From what I have experienced thus far (I have him booked for a couple other projects), Todd is a stand-up trustworthy guy who knows what he’s doing. He is super busy so it may take him a while to respond to inquiries, but he’s definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend him to family & friends."

"We had Scott and team repair our concrete front stairs and install a handrail. We also had them install new baseboards and trim throughout our home along with new kitchen backsplash and a wood breakfast bar. We are so happy and pleased with the quality of the work and how it all turned out. Scott is very communicative and always quick to respond to any questions. We originally were scheduled for work to begin in December or January but when he found out we are expecting our first child in February he took it upon himself to speak to other project owners and was able to get us moved up to October. That is something you just don't see these days and was so incredibly kind. We will have Scott and team out for any future home projects we have and would highly recommend."
