A lot of lint had accumulated over the last couple of years and he cleaned it till the inside of the vent piping looked silver and new. Additionally when I spoke to Anthony on the phone, I told him that my request for carpet cleaning and Tile Grout cleaning was an Emergency due to the house being shown the next day to prospective buyers. Anthony advised me that he would be able to squeze me in the same day! Anthony worked very hard and late into the evening cleaning the carpet in the whole basement and the ceramic tile and grout in the two upstairs bathrooms. He was very friendly and affable during the whole process and he did and EXCELLENT cleaning job. The carpet in the Basement looked like it did when it was brand new and the bathroom tile floors were sparkling white! I will definitely recomend Anthony and his company Drymaster Solutions to my Realtor and all of my family and friends! Also when I need carpet cleaning or tile cleaning servies again, I will definitely hire him and his company again!"

"I purchased the Angie's List deal for having our whole house air ducts cleaned and sanitized for $199. Our vents were very dirty having undergone two major house renovations. Because of how our vents are set up, our technician Val told us that they would be very hard to clean (we living in a 1959 rambler) and we might require multiple cleanings. As they were working, the weren't aware of the amount of dust that was being scattered throughout the house, again, due to the setup of our venting system. After he left, I needed to go throughout the house and clean the thing layer of dust that had settled on all surfaces. Val felt awful and apologized multiple times and you could tell that he was being sincere. He did recommend that we use an anti-bacteria and fumigation treatment because of mold he found in the vents (which he showed us pictures of) and had recommended purchasing a UV lamp to stop the growth of mold in the future. We opted to forgo the UV lamp, but purchase the additional cleaning options, which should have cost $275. It was clear that Val felt bad about the dust in the house because after we agreed to the additional cleaning, he dropped the price to $175 and also cleaned our dryer vent for free."

"We hired Sixpenny because we needed an urgent cleaning done on our newly purchased house after burning one fire and they said they could be at our house within 2 days, but only provided a 4 hour time window (12pm-4pm), requiring me to take the day off of work and stay home. The day comes with gusty winds which slowed down all of their appointments that day. This would not have been a major problem in itself if the company communicated that to me proactively, but by 3pm I called to confirm we were still on the list to be cleaned. By 4pm I called and was informed that the cleaner was on his way, at 4:30 I called again was told he was still on his way but no known estimated arrival time. Finally arrived shortly after 5pm, rushed through the cleaning as quick as he could, wasn't really able to answer any questions about how to reduce the fireplace smell in the house, from the concrete slab or from the hardwood floors and left in less than an hour. I understand he had a long day and was slowed by the weather, but the lack of proactive communication to keep us in the loop, as well as the limited knowledge either possessed or shared, is why I rated this company lower."
