The estimate included cleaning the carpet and adding a protective coat to avoid future staining. Bert was always on time and always returned calls promptly. "Fred returned my call quickly and gave me an accurate estimate. They were scheduled for later the same week. Fred and his partner arrived right on time, dressed very professionally with navy shirts with the name of their business on them. Their van was new, clean and had the business name and telephone # prominently displayed. (This was not a "fly-by-night" business!). They worked very well together and quickly coordinated the job. I have to add that I have a dog;a Great Pyrenees. For those who may not know, he weighs 130 lbs. and has a lot of white hair.
