"Saul and his team did an excellent job pressure washing, stucco patching and masking to being kind enough to re-paint the accent color because I didn't like the contrast of the color I picked. They sanded our roll up garage doors and after painting they looked like new! They were very thorough and cleaned up everything when they left. Unlike some reviews I have read of other painting companies they did not leave paint all over our concrete or grass. Each night they stored all their gear and supplies neatly. "This is updated review post is to correct grammatical errors in my prior post: Well, what does one say when a diamond is found. As far as a painting professional, Joe Asaro is that diamond. Several years ago, Joe painted the stucco and wood trim on our entire home. The paint has held up incredibly on both the stucco walls and the wood wood fascia and eaves and I would not even considered touch up painting as necessary if it was not for the replacement tile roof installed a short time ago. With the tile installation, the new trim rake tiles where installed exposing more wood than before and therefore, Joe's services were necessary again. As always, Joe met me at my home, walked the site with me and promptly sent to my email his proposal and as prior, the price was very reasonable, especially for the workmanship that Joe provides. Joe is hard working and honest and the quality of work he provides is "top notch" and proven by the lasting of time. "On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."
