"Our first interactions were with Will who came to see our house and design the ideal system. He was very helpful and absolutely saved us by arranging for us to have two portable AC units installed for a couple of weeks while we waited for our system to be installed. It was so hot in our house and our kids weren't sleeping. Such a nice thing for them to provide AND to even set-up for us! 
We had 2-3 guys working at our house for most of a week. They were friendly and very hard working. I was amazed by all that they did, and much of it in an extremely hot attic. The system is set-up in our attic and comes in through the vents to the bedrooms. We also have a wall mount unit in our kitchen to heat and cool the downstairs. So far we are very happy with both systems. Previously we have had central heat/AC so this is different in that as you walk through the house you can really feel a difference in temp from room to room. However, since we're in such a mild climate now it makes sense not to have the entire house so cool and I appreciate the energy savings. Rather than piping AC to the hallways and bathrooms it is going where it is most needed. I also like how gentle and quiet the airflow is in the set-up with the ducts.

"Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"

"They gave me a 4 hour window, then called at the beginning of the window time and told me when they would be arriving. My appointment was 40 minutes from the start time. He arrived about the time he said. Introduced himself and analyzed the job. Went to his truck and got all the tools he needed. He then did the evaluation on my system. He tested the heater unit as well as the individual registers to verify they all worked. I was very happy with the inspection and the person sent out to do the job.
I will definitely call them again when I need any heating or plumbing work done.

"ARS was among the first to reply to my weekend request on an online home repair referral site for help with a broken sump pump at my home. I was a little nervous about using them as I'd had an experience about 20 years ago where I was surprised with a seemingly very high bill for replacing a water heater. But, they far exceeded every expectation this time. Most of the companies responding to my post hadn't even read it because they either didn't know what a sump pump was or said they could install one but not provide one. Even the phone receptionist at ARS was confident they both provided and installed sump pumps. It was a Saturday night that I posted the request. On Sunday, at no charge, a service person came by the house to assess the work and give a written estimate. The price was very fair and the service person was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He instantly understood the problem and how to fix it. He promised to repair it the next day and he did -- right on time, done right, and even did me the favor of teaching me how to get a pilot light ignited on a different appliance inside my house. The pump works perfectly. The work area was spic and span when he finished. His communication with me about progress on the project was outstanding. Thanks, Wesley.
