"First of all, everything that turned out well is thanks to Gary who is marvel of roofing knowledge and straight talk. I talked with half a dozen roofers over the last year. Gary was the only one who had the expertise and the decency not to b.s. or overcharge us. An Honest Roofer! His company delivered the material and began work in less than two weeks from our initiating the project. The crew was efficient, completing the job on the first day. We required additional work to reinstall our gutter covers. Brian was sent over and he did a great job using some replacement covers and some original ones. Worked out great. I mention this because Gary said that any issues with the gutter covers would be theirs and that everything was covered. And it was! If you don't hire these guys, it will be your loss. By the way, the Class 4 Malarkey synthetic shingles are rated against damage with hail up to 4.5 inches. Nice product, great company!"

On July 28, 2016, my roof and skylights were pummeled by hail. Brendan Christenson (Sales / Account Manager for Advanced Exteriors) came by the very next day to apply tarps over the skylights and damaged roof areas. Kyle Anderson (Project Manager) was out when the adjustor arrived to survey the damage and document the items needing repair. Without Kyle’s help, we would have missed quite a lot of damage. My new skylights had to be custom ordered - which delayed the installation process by a few weeks. During this process, Brendan was in frequent contact - which eased my concerns - and said he was shooting for a seamless install for the roof and the 8 foot long skylights. To compensate for the delay - and ongoing weather concerns  - Brendan dispatched a very large crew for the job. My roof was finished by 10:30 on their second day off work! Overall, my experience with Advanced Exteriors was very positive! They were reassuringly professional and highly responsive to my concerns via phone or email. The roof and skylights were installed in-between bouts of extreme cold and snow. Having the larger crew to do the work when the weather cooperated was terrific. I was contacted immediately following the installation to see if I had questions or concerns. I am very pleased with the outcome (the roof and skylights look terrific) - and I would unequivocally recommend Advanced Exteriors to friends, family, and neighbors. Given that hundreds of homes were impacted by the hailstorm, and the numerous roofing companies ringing doorbells and seeking contracts, I feel quite fortunate to have chosen such an outstanding company to get the job done right! "Our experience with this company has been stellar! From our initial contact with Cannon, our salesperson, the wonderfully helpful scheduler, Kiersten, and AJ, the project manager and his crew for the installation and closing, everyone was friendly and professional. As a former Virginia Class A contractor who has done this kind of work and understands the challenges, I can tell you that these people are spectacular. I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed."
