"They replaced my roof, but after a year the roof starts leaking, I called them they fixed it, but the roof is still leaking, they already came out 3 times to fixed it but still up to now, my roof still have leaks. UPDATE: The owner Bob came out to look at my roof, and admitted there were things that he looked at up there, and did not like. He fixed the problem. Since then there's been a lot of rain ,and no leaks. Highly recommend these guys."

I saw Mark's truck at another customer's house and noticed that he does a "soft-wash" on roofs using chemicals (and not high water pressure) to kill algae and clean your roof. I talked to him about his process and checked out his reviews and was satisfied, so I hired him to clean my roof. The results totally exceeded my expectations, I couldn't believe how clean my roof was. I've attached before and after pictures of my roof.
