"I was disappointed that two hours wasn't long enough to complete the job. I was told 3 coats of paint were necessary, which slowed the process. I would have put one coat on the entire structure and then painted the second coat, instead of applying 3 coats to one section, before starting the rest of the structure."

"Bringing a 1910 home up to todays standards, restoring floors trim walls bathrooms. Some plumbing and electrical (legal without those licenses). Of course this includes painting, fixing holes left by radiator system in floors and ceilings. Entirely rebuilt deck. Also added on a sunroom with about 20 windows and exterior door. Worked well with other contractors (plumbing and electric)."

Chris & Jerry made me feel like I was someone they've known for years. They were honest, straight-forward, worked with me on paint color choices, helped me pick-out new shingle colors and did everything they could to make sure this was a great experience. They met with my insurance adjuster, provided paperwork my mortgage company needed and had the work done quickly and efficiently. WOW they transformed my house! It is beautiful! The shingles are perfect with my brick and the color choices Chris helped me choose made my house pop on the street. I was worried about how the guttering would be placed on my home because some neighbors gutters are not attractive and standout in a bad way. Chris was very helpful in explaining how they would make sure it looked seamless.
I want to highly recommend this company if you are looking for any services: gutters, construction, roofing, anything call them first. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.

"Roger and his crew did a great job on both our kitchen and bathroom remodels. He was very responsive to my questions/ requests. I felt that we had a good working relationship throughout the whole process. He was easy to contact and returned calls/texts in a timely manner. The people that worked in our house were professional and did top quality work. When we had issues with work, we did not think looked its best or did not work properly, he came in a fixed them. It has been two months since our remodel was completed and I couldn't be happier. I love my new kitchen and bathroom. They are both exactly what I envisioned them to be and I appreciate that it was completed in the timeline that was outlined at the beginning of the project. I would highly recommend Roger Allen and Associates.
