"Mattco has been performing repairs and regular plumbing maintenance at my 116 year old Chicago 2-flat for many years. Over time with experience I have gained trust in Mattco Plumbing to get me out of big jams with the plumbing in this old building. Just recently Matt repaired the 2nd floor toilet drain line in the ceiling above my 1st floor bathroom in a very tight spot. "Mike D of Lifeline plumbing came out yesterday to do all three of the above listed jobs. He did all 3 in a orderly and professional manner. All work was completed and all systems were tested. everything worked perfectly. The new slop sink is great and the fixture he chose was exactly what we wanted. The sump plumbing was free of leaks and performed beautifully. The new RO system ifs far superior to the Angel Water system he replaced. Mike was friendly and courteous at all times. "I had a bathroom sink that was completely clogged and i thought I need the sink to be rooted because of old pipes. Even though thy were late they kept in communication with me all day and were extremely kind. This is the best part. When they got there they found out the issue was something extremely simple and completed the project within minutes. They could have easily could have charged me a service fee but decided to charge me nothing. I like honest people that aren’t trying to screw your out of every dime because of this experience plumb it will always be my first call. Thanks"

"Did a fine job. Very responsive and could have had someone out the same day. Our project was no emergency, so they came the next day. Arrived during the specified 2 hour time window. Took about 3 hours to remove the broken spigot, go to buy a new one and install. Also recommended an upgrade of a water shut off valve that will be a nice addition to prevent future freezing. Only downside is that the overall price was a little high. Upfront by the job pricing is nice if things get complicated, but you end up paying a little more than you should for simple jobs especially when they have to cover costs of getting leads through Angi. Overall, very happy with their work. The guys were friendly and helped me understand a little about how the work was being completed."

I opted to also upgrade my AC at a bundle rate since it was over 25 years old.
