"I was really pleased with the price and the work. My roof was removed down to the decking of the entire home. The wood was in great shape so none of it had to be replaced. 30 lb. felt was installed as well as 3 ft. ice and water shield with starter shingle and ice and water barrier to interior protrusions. Edge flash for proper run off to gutters was installed. All gutters were aligned and sealed. Since the replacement of my roof, I rarely get any water in the basement from the heavy rain. He made sure that everything was done well. He came out each day that the guys were working. The work was completed in 2 1/4 days. They did a great job. The cleanup was great as well. He explained the warranty. Upon completion of work, he mailed the manufacturer's warranty for the asphalt shingles to me, as promised."
