Then after all that chatter, and guilt trip, gave a price. The son the cleaner arrived really late. Did not answer calls or let me know they were late. I had to call them so many times before he actually arrived. Basically, did not follow up on anything that he said he would do. "I highly recommend them. I had a lot of damage when the sewer line overflowed into my house. I had damage to 3 or 4 walls and about 2 feet from the floor was cut out and had to be replaced. He didn't have to repaint the whole living room because it only affected one wall, but he made the whole living room look new. They were amazing. Worked all day while I was at work & when I got home, things were put back so that I could still live in the house while the work was being done. Very professional! "Fernando and his assistant did an excellent job on our carpets, which had not been professionally cleaned in quite some time. He literally "saved" the carpet in one of our rooms.  There were so many spots and a very dirty high traffic area, that we were ready to replace the carpet.  Fernando worked on it for several hours and now it looks like new.  In fact, the carpeting looks like new in all the rooms (and our living/dining room carpet is 20 years old).  When he was finished cleaning the carpet, Fernando dusted the furniture, if there was any residue from the dry cleaner he uses.
