Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. "Poor quality workmanship. Shower tiles are uneven with jagged edges. Many chipped tiles, holes in grout. Shower head is shorter than my 14 year old son. Grout and caulking mess left everywhere with no cleanup. Wall texture by the shower is ruined due to over-caulking. Now they are refusing to come back to do it right. I will never use Home Depot or Statewide for remodeling again. No pride in workmanship, no responsibility, lies, just take your money and run. Shameful."
