"I’m absolutely delighted with my new roof from CJS Roofing! They are a small, local, 3rd generation family-owned and award-winning company that was started in 1992, but with roofing industry experience back to 1977. Chris, Ryan, and Denise deliver the personal kind of service we’re all looking for. What immediately got my attention was not just the high scores and long list of glowing reviews, both on Angie’s List and the Better Business Bureau, but the fact that they responded to every one of them, thanking the customer and commenting on the things they had said. I was told they study these reviews to see what they can learn from them, and are always striving to improve their already outstanding service. From the beginning, Denise did everything in her power to walk me through the process, coordinate with the insurance company, and patiently answer every question I had. She also provided addresses where I could view completed jobs when I was undecided on my color choice. She adds a very friendly and comforting touch. Chris was onsite to begin the job and check on the progress, and then to inspect the completed job and the cleanup. Ryan also inspected it the next day. The large efficient crew arrived promptly and got right to work at 7am. It was a beautifully coordinated effort and I never heard them stop until the job was done at 12:30 pm. Amazing! The cleanup was thorough and immaculate. I’m completely happy with their service and I would not hesitate to recommend CJS Roofing to family and friends, or to be a reference for other customers."

"Bone Dry Roofing just finished our new roof and it has been one of the best decisions I made. Not just getting the new roof but having Bone Dry Roofing install it for us. My first experience with them was when their manager Curtis came to our house and inspected the roof for hours, not knowing if we will give them the contract or not. This just shows they really care about the customer needs and painstakingly try to identify any issues. Their crew was also very polite and cordial and worked non-stop. At every step of the roofing process, they shared pictures to show the updates. At the end of the job, the local head Ron, himself, came to inspect the roof. And this again shows that the whole company seems to be behind their work. They were also kind to provide the best warranty for the work. I am actually having them now do our gutters covers. "My home is one of the very old homes in St. Louis. When I had our roof redone there were 'surprises' that took extra effort and extra cost to correct. Chris was the fellow who walked us through all of it and I watched how carefully he proceeded. How calm and understanding he was and, due to impending rain, I saw that he personally (with one or two others) hustled in on a Saturday or Sunday morning to cover some exposed areas. Always attentive. Because of this I rehired for rental and again his folks worked above and beyond. I placed 4 rather than 5 for quality and for me that only is there to account for the fact that all was not perfect. What roof job would be? I suppose for brand new homes maybe. There was a 'quality' problem with rental that I brought up to Chris. He reviewed. Agreed. We both understood what had happened and why. (I must write here that this was my error, I did not get some tuck-pointing done that he had said should be taken care of before roofing). He corrected, at no cost, and again did so on a weekend. So that he could complete my job to satisfaction and remain on schedule with newer jobs. I will hire again. He's a good guy."
