Without my knowledge or consent, they sent a second cleaner and then used that as justification to dramatically increase the cost. At no point was this discussed, approved, or clearly communicated beforehand. This is not how a reputable business operates. You cannot change the scope of work and pricing without the customer?s permission and then expect them to absorb the cost. Because of this, I am formally disputing the charges and will be pursuing this further if necessary. I strongly encourage others to be cautious?get detailed pricing in writing and confirm exactly who will be coming before agreeing to any service. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. I will not be using this company again."
