"It has been a pleasure to work with John Manley and his team of A1 Pavers and Concrete. The work we had to do was a little different than usual since it was on a remote area on an island in the center of our condo complex. The work had to be coordinated with other contractors and respect a special schedule to enable each one to work. They were always on time. Being difficult to reach the site, the machinery, unfortunately, did some damage, but they took every precaution to put it back exactly as it was before. For a fair price, they installed a concrete floor under a large U-shape Tiki Hut and we are very satisfied with all the work done. Thank you, John."

He provided a quote which we believed was a good rate. "March 12, 2021, I contacted Luis Morales of Optimum Landscaping via Home Advisors. I was in need of installing pavers to create a patio in my back yard. Within 15 minutes of submitting an inquiry on the Home Advisor cite, Luis Morales contacted me to discuss my needs. I informed him that I wanted to create a patio in my backyard using pavers and that I lived in a Townhouse in an HOA that might pose permission issues. We set up an appointment to meet the following week to discussion the area under consideration. Mr. Morales was always courteous and professional. He was prompt for all of your meetings, which I value highly. At our initial meeting I was shown sample pavers from a brochure and from his truck. We discussed the time frame of the project and the possible delays due to Covid-19. Mr. Morales informed me that the construction company that makes the pavers is running 6 to 8 weeks behind. I totally understood the delays because of Covid and I agreed to have Mr. Morales and his company install a patio. As far as the sample pavers, I was not satisfied with the selections in his truck and the brochure did not give an accurate show of the product. Mr. Morales suggested that we go the showroom where they make the pavers. This was an excellent opportunity for me to see and feel the product and I appreciated that this was an option. So, March 27, 2021 we went to the showroom. There I picked out the pavers that I wanted to have installed. The pavers were finally installed June 5, 2021. I know that it seems like a long time between selecting the pavers at the end of March and installation in June, but with HOA, Covid-19, Sprinkler company, and the like, it took that long. All the while Mr. Morales keep me update on the status of the pavers and the work. The price of the instillation was reasonable, and the job done was very professional. I would not hesitate in recommending Luis Morales of Optimum Landscaping for any landscaping or paving work. It was a delight to work with someone professional and a decent human being. I wish he did Kitchen also."

"The company is very responsive and returns calls efficiently which is rare among contractors in S. FL from our experience. The tree trimmers did a nice job. Though they seemed slow at times, the ground crew was respectful to me as a client and did a nice job overall of cleaning up all the debris by the end of the day and getting it to the curb for the haul-away truck. All in all ASAP Complete Tree Service was pleasant to deal with, quoted a good fair price overall and did a nice job trimming our trees. We would definitely consider using them again."
