"Upset with the experience I?ve had with this company unfortunately. Repair to my sliding door track was done following Ian. I spoke with Hannah who was working with the condominium association on repairs and she said they would be able to assist with the track repair as well. I never received a quote from Hannah on what the cost of the work would be prior to them going into do the work ( I live out of town) Now two years later I have received a bill for $1800.00 for the track work which Hannah apparently tried to bill the condominium association who sent me the bill. This is not good business and I think I?m being overly charged. I will say that the company did good work and that they are very courteous but now they are not responding to my phone calls regarding my concerns "
