He did a thorough inspection, and then told me what was needed, and had pictures from under my house to show me why. He was able to complete the installation that same day. They checked in with me every step of the way, from showing me the outside vent cover and choosing a color, to making sure that the washer and dryer were left in a position I was happy with. "I found out in November I had leak in my 17yr. old roof and would require a new roof hopefully before winter. I called Byers Construction on a Saturday and Ron promptly called me back in a few hours. He came out that following Monday to look over the job and he said he would email me an estimate. The estimate came in a few days and explained everything his crew would do and an itemized break-down of all materials and labor. His crew showed up on a Friday at the time mentioned and worked very hard until the job was done. I called Ron the next day with a few issues to be fixed and he said he would send out Ben on Monday. Ben showed up at 8am. and I explained to him the issues and he fixed them until I was completely happy. This is a company that just doesnt disappear after the job is done. Ron and his team go above and beyond to satisfy the customer and this kind of service is hard to find now days. Ron was even nice on the phone when I was "not so nice" about the little issues.
