He initially provided us with a free walkthrough estimate of our entire house to include some couches and rugs in addition to the carpets that needed care. He was very thorough and provided a reasonable estimate for the cleaning. It took me a few months to pull the trigger on utilizing his services but I am beyond pleased that I did! Fred showed up early to stage before his associate arrived and I couldn’t be happier with the turnout of their work! He is kind, very friendly, and in my opinion reasonably priced. "These people cleaned up what Carpet Man cheated me on. Carpet Man had left the rug soaking wet. I thought it would dry but in 2 days it didn't. Carpet Pro came out on an emergency to kill the bacteria that had accumulated. They also cleaned and said that Carpet Man had not even cleaned. It was still dirty. They told me that Carpet Man had a bad reputation. So why did you give them 4 stars? Anyhow so far, Carpet Pro is very good and kind."
