"This job went VERY well!  Josh was on time to look the job over and presented a bid that same evening.  He was on time again to meet over the contract and set a time/date (after we'd met about 5 other contractors).  He showed up at the precise time for all three days of the work, and finished the work in exactly the three days he'd promised (Wed-Fri).  Josh has a nice crew that work very hard.  Josh was on site the entire time, running the job and working alongside his crew.  They took great care to put down protection over my new hardwood floors in the front area of our home.  My husband has a lot of plumbing fix-it experience and had a high level of confidence that Josh knew exactly what he was doing.  Josh made an extra effort to avoid cutting into tile or wall-glued mirrors.  He went through our master closet to get to the master shower controls, a side cabinet to get to the Jacuzzi tub controls, and a bedroom wall to get to the hall bath controls.  We only have two tiles to replace in the hall shower as it is against an exterior wall.  Josh also recommended a sheet rock tape/texture contractor that came over w/i 30 min of my call, and gave a fair quote on the spot.  He starts on Mon.  Josh and his crew worked very hard, steady, no lagging, and did a very clean job. We will have him back for any plumbing needed in the future!"
