"Our neighborhood was hit by a devastating hailstorm in 2022. The vinyl siding on the north sides of everyone's house was pocked with holes and gashes, roofs catastrophically damaged, broken windows, battered cars, tree limbs everywhere. Certainly, we had all seen storm damage much worse than what found after our storm, but we all braced for the challenges ahead: clean up, repair and even rebuild. As we picked up the pieces around our yards, contracting companies descended on our neighborhood. Dealing with the insurance end of the equation was already becoming a marathon--but the looming questions, who should we choose to repair our home, who will do the job well became a worrisome preoccupation for us and all of our neighbors. "He was suppose to repair my deck replace the railings and repair any boards in the flooring that needed replaced. The spindals kept falling out of the railing and he did come back and fixed most of them. I had 2 boards in the flooring that has big holes in them which I mentioned to him several times and they still have the holes in them. The end board on one part of the deck come loose on both ends and they are sticking up. I text him about that and never got a reply. I still have 2 boards with holes in them and a board that come loose on both ends and sticking up . He would tell me he would be back the next day and would show up about 3:00 or 4:00. I wouldn't hire him to do anything else for me."
