"From the initial visit to scope the work required, through the delivery of the quote, and the scheduling and performance of the work, this was arguably one of the smoothest, easiest major home repair projects I've had to get done. The estimator arrived exactly on time, which was important to me, because I live about two hours from the worksite, my son's house. He did a thorough inspection, then provided a detailed breakdown of the work required and the materials and costs involved. He also took the time to explain the advances in roofing systems since the existing roof was installed during construction of the home over thirty years ago. The proposal was delivered the next day, with an additional, lower cost option, which included an explanation of the sources of the cost reductions. This is one of the key reasons I can unhesitatingly recommend Peak Roofing. They provided sound technical reasons for the system I selected for the house, while also explaining, without trying to "upsell," some advantages of their higher grade offerings, AND the tradeoffs associated with their lower tier systems. They proposed a system that would deliver excellent performance and longevity and that was priced appropriately for the property. The proposal delivery and invoicing processes were seamless, and the office staff was exceedingly helpful. This is not the first roof I've had to get replaced, and it can be a very disruptive process. The Peak Roofing installation crew was the best I've worked with. Showed up on time, went right to work and, even though there were some surprises - seven sheets of sheathing that clearly needed replacement - they had the old roof off, the sheathing replaced and the new system installed in a little under six hours. On previous jobs, I've had to walk around the house and pick up remnants of the old roof after the crew had left. Not this time. In fact, I think the area around the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I was truly amazed that the only evidence of their having been at the house was the beautiful new roof. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Terrific customer service and truly outstanding workmanship."

She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. "Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. "I thought the work needed was way to expensive compared to other estimates I received who were willing to do the same thing with one exception (adding a closet door).  Even if that was not a factor, I would have thought they were way to expensive for me. My bathroom is very small.  I had a friend of mines have her bathroom done and it was very upscale with all the trimmings.  Her bathroom is twice the size of mines and it cost her only $10,000 to get it done.  I don't want fancy or upscale (lack of better term) just nice.  So I thought the price was a bit much.   I think they are a reputable company, just not for me.  Overall, the absolute deciding factor was how many "questions" were asked that I thought were to personal (where do I work, what do I do, etc).  I intensely dislike this!  Even if the price was great, I would have said, "no" because of that alone!  He probably meant no harm, but due to the time we live in, it is a little spooky when people ask you questions such as these that you don't really know.  It's not that I can't afford to pay the estimated price, I just choose not to.  I want to have both bathrooms done at some point,  but not at $24,000 (estimate).  My bathrooms are small.  If they were larger I could understand.  But they are small.  Again, I do feel this is a reputable company, but I just didn't want to pay that price for a small bathroom nor do I like personal questions from people I don't really know."

They replaced aluminum siding, soffits and fascia, plastic window trim and door wood trim with Hardie Plank products. In addition, they installed a new roof and gutters. Their work was impressive-they provided an accurate and comprehensive cost proposal, detailed schedule for product delivery and installation and completed the work as planned. The house looks great and should not require further exterior maintenance for years. Their cost was competitive with other proposals, but their responsiveness to our initial inquiry, thorough pre-proposal inspection and recommendations convinced us to chose them.
