"Chris and crew showed up Saturday morning to finish forming for the pour and started pouring in great weather just over half way through, the winds and rain came out of nowhere. The guys were troopers and stayed out there with plastic trying to protect the project. They stayed and finished when the rain stopped. I can't say enough about his crew and Chris. I know dealing with an OCD person was challenging and he put up with me with kindness and patience. His prices are reasonable and I highly recommend him. He did everything he could to make the project successful, even with the unforseen weather issue."

"My home was built in the early 80's on land that was once a corn field. When they built the neighbor, the builder striped the valuable topsoil, leaving a very hard surface, which prevents water from infiltrating my soil. Over the years, this had done some extensive damage to my foundation. Cracking sheet rock ceilings and walls, as well as the exterior brick and siding. After searching through Angie’s List and calling several foundation repair companies, I finally submitted a request for a free estimate from Foundation Concrete Services via their website on a Thursday after 5pm in Jan. I thought I would possibly get a return call on Monday. Best case scenario, they may call me back on Friday. I was pleasantly surprised when Rodrigo Duenas (Project Manager) called me back within an hour. He stated that he and his crew were in the middle of a job in Dallas, so he said he probably would not be able to get to Arlington until Monday, but he would touch base with me Friday (the next morning) to solidify an exact time when I could be home for us to meet. He contacted me first thing Friday morning offering to meet me at 2pm that day! Rodrigo met right on time, every time. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and is able to explain his trade in layman’s terms, which I truly appreciate. I cannot say enough about how pleased and impressed I was with his professionalism and patience throughout the entire process. I scheduled the project to begin a couple of days before I was to leave on vacation. He and his team were on time. In fact they arrived early and began work they could do without disturbing us in the home. His entire team was very nice and respectful, but importantly, they were all very hard workers. I NEVER saw a single one of them leaning, resting or sitting. They definitely get things done. The first day, they had all the holes dug around the perimeter of the house within a few hours and returned on day 2 to begin installing the piers, which were very deep. The last day, I was gone on vacation and they dealt solely with my house sitter(best friend), who informed me the team was very thorough in replacing plants/bushes that I wished to keep, as well as cleaning up any evidence they were there. Once I returned from vacation, I was pleased to see what an amazing job they had done. Doors closed that had not closed in years! Rodrigo was quick to follow up with me to set up the foundation and water leak inspections, which are required before the work can be signed off and warrantied. Again, I cannot express how grateful I was for Rodrigo’s professionalism and thoroughness. He set up all inspection appointments according to my availability. He was also very quick to call me as soon as the inspections were complete to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had a couple of questions regarding some wording the foundation inspector had used, so he made time out of his busy schedule to meet with me after he was off work on Friday afternoon to explain thoroughly all the inspection terminology. I should also note that I was over 45 minutes late for this appointment, but he stuck it out, even though the job was complete and the money had been paid. I would definitely recommend FCS to my family and friends! In fact, I am planning another project that requires pouring concrete and I know exactly who I will call. #FCS #RodrigoDuenas"

We are totally happy with the result!<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /><br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Dale W. was our primary contact and designed the water feature and cut, shaped, set the rock slabs himself. Unbelievable to watch it take shape. He and the tile/coping/plaster crews were obviously masters at their trade which is the key point. You can find plenty of people willing to work masonry but it is a trade that takes years to truly master. These guys have put in those years and it's obvious. The rock slabs had to weigh 250 lbs. a piece and yet they seemed to float around the pool edge like they were weightless. The finished product looks amazing. Our friends and family all loved it and I think I detected just a little bit of envy from the in-laws! Score!</p> <p>Seriously, if you want your pool to stand out, call H and H. Check out their website...they have been around forever and can handle huge commercial projects and did a fantastic job on our pool.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"It went very well. Erik was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions/concerns. He provided me with a picture of the landscape plan even prior to me signing a contract. Staff showed up as scheduled and stayed focused on their work. The lead staff, Victor was knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Staff willingly took some of the old plants/shrubs and replanted them in another section of the yard and even added mulch to create a bed. I have received many positive comments from friends and neighbors on my landscaping. I am very happy with the expanded sitting area that was created with a concrete base and flagstone overlay. I paid 1/2 of the invoice at the start of the project and the remaining upon completion. My bill was adjusted slightly lower than expected as fewer stones were needed when finished. I appreciated this attention to detail as it saved me some money. I would highly recommend Erik and Impact Landscapes LLC."

They had to take off the little bit of roofing that was on the house and had to completely build the roof and do wiring and everything. No one can tell it is an add-on. They are honest and back up their work."
